함정은 다양한 시스템들이 유기적으로 연동되어 있는 복합 시스템이며, 다양한 시스템에서 생성되는 정보가 내부에서 활용되고, 외부에 전송되기도 한다. 해군의 전투 함정은 보안 등급이 지정된 정보들이 함정 내․외부로 네트워킹 된다. 네트워크 중심 작전 환경이 고도화, 사이버 보안 위협의 증가로 인해, 함정에서의 정보 보호를 위한 보안 설계가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식 한정 원칙 (need to know)을 준수하는 구획 (compartments) 기반의 Bell-Lapadula (BLP) 모델을 적용하는 함정 보안 설계를 제안한다. |

(English Abstract) |
Ships are systems of systems that require the use of compartment-based security by designs to reduce the risk of cybersecurity. In this paper, we propose a compartment-based methodology for the cyber security for ships by design. In particular, this study applies the Bell-Lapadula (BLP) model to comply with the need to know. The necessity and application of the BLP model for ship cyber security were presented. |
